For those of you wishing to express condolences to the family of Liam Rattray, let me suggest that you offer your remembrances on the SPP blog (sppblog.gatech.edu) as comments under the posting on the tragic accident (available here). This will make it possible to collect everyone's statements and share them with Liam's family.
The School of Public Policy is sending flowers to the open house at his family's house (1544 Pangborn Station Drive, Decatur) on Saturday. We will pass along information about the family's preferences on other ways of recognizing his memory when it's available.
