Each term the course/instructor opinion survey is open during the last two weeks of class and through finals week (it opens at 6am on the Monday at the start of the next to last week of classes and closes at midnight of the Sunday following final exam week).
This survey is anonymous and is used by faculty to evaluate their performance and the effectiveness of the class. Yes, we read them and take note!
