Alumni Career Fair

For the 28th straight year, top employers will gather to look for new hires at the Georgia Tech Alumni Career Fair, to be held March 29 at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta.

Check-in for alumni at the Career Fair opens at 11:30 a.m. Doors open at 1:30 p.m. The Career Fair is an exclusive benefit for alumni of the Institute, current graduate students and graduating seniors. Online registration is available at the Alumni Association Web site. Online registration is available through March 22.

The event also features a lunch and keynote presentation by Robert N. "Bob" Stargel Jr., EE 83, the vice president overseeing Kimberly-Clark Corp.'s Global Nonwovens. The lunch begins at 12:15 p.m. Stargel's topic is "Making Yourself Relevant in Today's Work Environment," and he will discuss how a Georgia Tech education helps job seekers and employees achieve that relevance.

A networking meet and greet will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at The Big Chow Grill in Galleria Mall.

In 2010, more than 70 employers sought out Georgia Tech alumni at the Career Fair.
