Jumpstart Teaching Opportunity

Posted by Admin On 9/30/2010
Jumpstart is an AmeriCorps program on Tech's campus in which Tech students work in Pre-K classrooms throughout the school year.  Jumpstart members work with Pre-K students to build literacy skills through Jumpstart's innovative curriculum (based on the OWL curriculum).  Jumpstart does provide and require extensive training, so this is a wonderful way to become involved in Pre-K and Early Childhood Education.  To learn more about Jumpstart, please visit www.jstart.org.  For more information or to apply, contact Ms. Jennifer Cobb at jennifer.cobb@vpss.gatech.edu.
