By traversing the Earth Day Maze, which encourages participants to think about how their choices impact the environment, attendees receive a free Georgia Tech Earth Day 2010 T-shirt.

New this year, attendees will be able to tour the Garden of Growth, a recycled-materials art project helmed by Georgia State University Professor and artist Pam Longobardi. Students from both Tech and GSU will be involved in designing and building the garden. E-waste recycling will accept old electronics, cell phones and toner cartridges. The second annual Clothing Swap allows faculty and staff to “shop” for gently used clothing. Old athletic shoes can be donated also, through the Shoot the Shoes drive.
