Congratulations to Joel Hewett, an HTS graduate student, on being accepted as a Summer Graduate Assistant, with the Carter Center's Democracy Program (http://www.cartercenter.org/peace/democracy/index.html).
Joel will be aiding their research on the creation of international standards for observation of electronic balloting in democratic elections.
